Serving As An Advocate for Children

In family law cases, especially cases involving children, the results of each case have a lasting significant impact on the children and their parents/family members. In the early years of my career, I was often an advocate for children serving as an Amicus Attorney in highly contested custody cases, and, also a guardian/attorney ad litem for children in Texas Department of Family and Protective Services cases. I believe that practicing family law is my calling, and, my hope is that when I am involved in cases the lives of families are impacted positively, despite the difficult changes they are facing.
