Finding the Right Divorce and Family Law Attorney

In a family conflict, such as a divorce or a child custody dispute, there are many important decisions to make and so much at stake. Our first priority is to protect our clients both personally and financially. We protect our family law clients through negotiations, and, if necessary, we passionately advocate for our clients in courtroom litigation. Our firm has the expertise to advance our clients’ family law cases both inside and outside of the courthouse.

One of our core values is integrity, and, we believe that serves our clients in both litigation and negotiation settings. We care about our clients and provide first-class service to them, giving each client the attention that the particular circumstance requires. We believe communication and client involvement in strategy, throughout the case, is important to the efficient resolution of each case. We are empathetic and sensitive to our clients, who are usually experiencing the most difficult periods in their lives.

Lauren E. Waddell is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and her entire legal career has focused exclusively on family law. Throughout her career, Ms. Waddell has earned a reputation as a devoted advocate to her family law clients. Her practice focuses on family law issues including divorce litigation, custody issues, property division, marital agreements, paternity actions, child support, modification actions, and enforcement of prior orders.
